Pocket Cyber Mod is a mod music player for PDAs running Microsoft Pocket PC. What is Mod music?
The sample files of today like mp3 and wma are only possible thanks to cheaper memory (the kids nowadays dont know how lucky they are... etc...). Mod music was developed at a time when storage/program memory was very expensive. A mod file contains a few tiny samples and some instructions telling the computer how to build a tune out of them. The end result is great sounding music that only occupies a miniscule amount of memory.

This is a Pocket PC 2003 compile of the FLITE 1.3 speech synthesis engine. FLITE is a subset of the fine Festival engine. It offers a full text to speech system with various APIs, as well an environment for development and research of speech synthesis techniques. Even if FLITE is only a subset, it is still a whopping 4 Mb executable. So to be really usefull, I guess compression of its data-structures will be required.
There is no source-code available for this item, since I didnt really code anything.

Frequency Tuner is a program that can measure the frequency of a sound and convert it to a note.
The program was developed the for the Windows CE 3.0 Operating System and tested with the Compaq iPAQ 3630 Pocket PC (ARM processor).

GS Player is simply an audio player for Pocket PC. It can play MP3, Ogg Vorbis and WAV files!
Combine this with a very good playlist manager and the possibility to have your own skins (some can already be found on the authors website).
Whats more, you can play audio streams from the network and there is an equaliser with extra bass and surround sound. You can also listen to web radio stations. You can also use Shoutcast playlists.
