Attachment Folder Fix will restore the uniquely named folder on a Pocket PC storage card which is used for storing Inbox attachments.
Use this tool to fix the error message that you get when you have accidentally deleted the folder.
Note:
This tool is only needed for Pocket PC 2000 devices.
The problem was fixed by Microsoft in Pocket PC 2002.

The Contact 2 Yahoo Converter reads the Pocket Contacts and puts all of the contacts in to a Yahoo! csv file for importing into the Yahoo address book.

This utility fixes the unread count for every mail folder in every account on the device.
Some users have had problems with Inbox or the Today screen displaying "-1" unread messages, or displaying 1 or more unread messages when, in fact, there are none.This utility will detect and repair these discrepencies.
Its not flashy, but it does the job :)

If you are using a Windows Mobile 5 device, and if your mail account has disappeared from pocket outlook, here is a little application to recover it.
This is a little .exe file (about 50 kB) which does not need installation. Just copy it into your device.
How does-it work?
Simply select the account to recover from the list and click the Repair button.
The account will be visible again in Outlook and you will have to set the input and output server because they will be empty.

OutboxBuddy is a companion software for Pocket Outlook.
Features:
- Automatic insertion of a signature for outgoing mail. You can define a different signature for each mail account, including the ActiveSync Outbox.
- Automatic addition of a default recipient. For example, you can BCC to yourself a copy of every email sent with the PocketPC.
You can enable and disable OutboxBuddy at any time.

PortaMail 2000 is an enhanced version of the original PortaMail.
This version was written specifically for PocketPC 2000 based devices.
It will synchronize with any 32 bit version of GroupWise 5.5 or 6.
The AddressBook component currently supports English Language versions of GroupWise.
Lookout for a version for Pocket PC 2002.

Any one who has tried using PortaMail 2000 on a PPC 2002 based device, please make sure that you un-install PortaMail 2000 before installing PortaMail 2002.

Retrieve Email from your Novell GroupWise client and read them on your PDA.
Compose and reply to email and have it sent via your GroupWise messaging system.

PPCMCheck is a mail preview application for the Pocket PC -- specifically for the Windows Mobile 2003 version software.
PPCMCheck will let you query any pop mail server where you have an account and see what messages you have without having to download them into the default Pocket PC version of Outlook.
You can preview the messages in ASCII text form (thus you cant download a virus) and get all the pertinent data as to when, where from, how big, etc.

QMAIL is a communications program which deserves to be more well known: it supports POP3, IMAP4, NNTP & RSS protocols.
Installation simply involves copying the files to the Pocket PC.
The mail client pleasantly surprised me: besides IMAP4 support, it supports SSL/TLS authenication (which makes it compatible with GMail, but this requires a seperate download), filters and all the configuration options that you could imagine. HTML support is still not working for the Pocket PC.
